As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner with training in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs. I am passionate about creating a safe space to heal. When the body heals, it creates space for the mind and spirit to heal, as well. Massage has the power to not only relieve stress built up in the muscles, but to also promote deep relaxation, release feel-good hormones in the body, and provide a way to connect back to one’s own body.
